  • Lightweight and small, it can be quickly made compact and carried anywhere. The sleek look comes from its commercial-grade cold-rolled carbon steel shell, with a powder-coated high-temperature resistant finish.
  • The cooking surface is a 10mm cordierite stone baking board that is placed inside the oven, measuring in at 13.25 X 13.25 inches. Gas ignition is built-in, and the temperature is adjustable.
  • The Ooni Koda 12 is compatible with large propane tanks normally used for barbecuing, as well as small 1lb tanks with a suitable adapter. The Ooni Koda 12 also comes with a built-in Flame Safety Device that will automatically cut off the gas supply to the oven if the flame is extinguished while the gas is on. Ooni Koda 12 is not compatible with natural gas.
