Bought this beauty just over a couple years ago after a move. The "boss" said if you're gonna buy a nice BBQ, you gotta cook for me more often. From beer can chicken, lobster, rotisserie chicken, ribs, baked brie, steaks, turkeys, prime ribs, wrapped tenderloins, potatoes, carrots, flattened chicken, basil wraps, burgers, chickens, to a variety of other meals this grill is amazingly consistent on the heat, and gets darn hot, easy to keep clean and a real joy to cook (entire meals) on. And that it's built in North America is a plus.

We've had this BBQ fro about a month now and we couldn't be happier. We have a lot of the accessories. The stainless steel burners/grills/outer frame is great in this area where moisture from the ocean has often caused rust damage quickly to other BBQs we had that were basic metal, even if covered. It starts quickly every time. The accessories are all very high quality and all stainless steel as well. The rotisserie works great! We've used it almost everyday. Very easy to clean. Adjusting the heat takes a little practice to get it just right, but once you have it figured out it will cook food perfectly each time. Very happy with the BBQ!

I did a lot of research before buying this because I wanted a back burner w/ rotisserie and high BTU burners. Shipping was fast and assembly was aided by the incredibly simple 'pictures only' instructions. Another thoughtful item was the pre-positioned screws that some parts were made to hang on 'keyhole' openings while the other screws were inserted, then those were tightened. The box weighed 188 pounds, I used a cart to move it to my rear patio for assembly, after that it was fairly easy.

I bought this Grill about a year-and-a-half ago couldn't get it at my local Big Box store called the company they matched the price for ordering it from The Big Box store and even added the rotisserie and the shipping. the grates are amazing the cooking is totally even the rotisserie is fantastic and I like the fact that it has leveling legs, the lights on the dials are a big plus, the included cover is really heavy duty, the price of this Grill makes it totally worth it, this is my second Grill from Broil King and the first one lasted 20 years and I only replaced the burners like four times in 20 years and the grates twice so highly recommended by me. BTW these guys make it easy to get parts and accessories like the stainless steel smoker box.

Initial impressions. Very, very solid. The solid steel rod cooking grates are very heavy and impressive. Initial burn off reached 700+ degrees in about 7-8 minutes with an ambient temp of about 50 degrees. This is one hot grill. Looks made to last. Time will tell. Warranty is 10 years on the burners.

Love the rotisserie feature with the rear burner. In fact have used it just as much as the main griller. Bought this product in August and absolutely love it.One suggestion I would have : make the slight feel between High and shut off more pronounced when turning the control knobs from low to high.

This grill is a well constructed solid grill. The slide out drawer for tank changes is very convenient. The heavy duty stainless steel grates are excellent and easy to clean. The burners heat the grill very quickly (the burn in took the grill 7-8 minutes to reach 700 Deg). The burners are also heavy duty stainless guaranteed for 10 years. Very pleased with my purchase at a reasonable price for the high quality.

After using my new Regal S590 Natural Gas grill for 6 weeks I can tell you the pros and cons. Pros: Quality construction, great appearance, lighter works, backlit knobs work well, easy to clean, even heat, super hot - super fast, thermometer works well. Cons: Drip tray is too small...when it rains, water runs into the drip tray and it overflows making a mess. I've set a large tinfoil pan inside the doors to catch the overflow...works well. Flare-ups....anything with a bit of fat that drips causes a huge flare-up that doesn't seem to stop. To cook a strip loin steak, I have to keep the lid open and stand there squirting water on the flames. Homemade burgers had a flame like a bon fire.All in all, I like the grill, maybe I just need more time to figure out the flare-ups!!

Picked up the Regal 590 Pro at my local Lowes here in Windsor. Was time for a new grill. Had a Broil King Sovereign with a super8 burner and cast iron grills. Loved it, was my first Broil King. Having such a good experience with the old one made it very easy to choose another Broil King. The 590 Pro is a whole lot bigger than I thought it was going to be when I got it home. But is a good fit sitting next o my smoker. It was very easy to assemble, instructions were easy to follow, did it over a two day period of 3-4 hours each day. Still getting use to the power of this thing, heats up very fast and stays hot. Very impressed with all the features. Love this grill.

I've had this grill for 6 months now and it is great. First the quality of manufacture is very good and the stainless steel finish is very attractive. Second, it works really well. Having the five burners gives a lot of control over temperature and placement of food on the grill for direct or indirect cooking. It is also perfect for smoking because you can put a smoke box on just one burner and keep the temperature low. The only complaint I would have is that the assembly instructions were not the best, but overall I am very happy with this product. My previous 2001 vintage Regal grill is still going strong after 14 years (now at my son's place) and I expect this new one to last a very long time.

I've now had my Broil King BBQ for 10 days. I've used it 4 times and on the last 'practice session' I cooked my very first Brisket which was was judged as very good by a family member who is a judge with KCBS and will be judging in the US in August. I still have to try the Rotisserie and I'm hopeful that that will be good too.
When I'd finished putting the BBQ together ( not easy and certainly a 2 person job, but well worth the effort ) there were a couple of small problems, but I contacted the Retailer and between him and OMC all the niggles were resolved within 7 days, including a w/end, which I consider to be a great example of great Customer Care.
I've already fallen in love with my Regal 590 and I'm looking forward to many hours of enjoyable cooking, followed by great food. Thank you.

Bought our S 590 Broil King a month ago and love every feature. Large enough to BBQ a number of food items (large 6.5 lb beef tenderloin and full tray of brussel sprouts together). It beautifies our patio and gets the job done on time because it reaches temperatures required and quickly.

Serious grill....serious, this thing gets hot I've had it up to 930 degrees and it's held 225 for hours, food just taste better off this grill ( I also have grill grates installed ). I own other charcoal bbqs, and this grill holds it's own. I would and have highly recommend this grill

Bought this BBQ because of the features and the heavy stainless steel grill so that it will not rust out for a long time. Even with the cover open, there the heat output to sear cuts of meat. It is easy to clean inside including the grease channel and tray. Even though I use the cover for storage in the summer, it would have been good if the side tray on the right side was foldable down to save a little space because I put it into in a shed in the winter.

This grill has all the features you want like stainless steel grill, 5 burners, rotisserie etc. The only thing that bothers me is why are we still paying $50 more for natural gas. There are more parts in a propane bbq, such as a regulator and a slide out tank drawer. So why keep up the scam of charging $50 for a NG bbq. Can somebody please explain this to me. Thanks

I have used this BBQ for the past three months and in a word it is splendid! Everything about this unit is first rate. It has very even heat and with the 5 burners it gives you unmatched flexibility; unlike previous BBQs this one does not blow out in times of high winds; the heavy gauge stainless steel grates require little maintenance and do not rust; the side burner is capable of boiling potatoes or corn so unlike all of my previous BBQs this one is actually useful! I have not used the rotisserie feature. The built in lights on the control panel serve little purpose in daylight but are quickly appreciated when night falls. This unit is a breeze to clean on the outside because of the quality heavy duty materials used in it's construction- and that is a welcomed bonus!

I have been fortunate to find this grill in the UP of Michigan. I would not replace my Duquane grill with a "lifetime" garuantee until I could find a grill featuring quality features. Weber bought the brand and voided the warranty. I will NEVER buy a weber product! Broil King Regal is a quality product.
